This Text Messaging Consent explains how BookItRides (“we,” “us”) may send SMS messages to you. SMS consent is optional and not a condition of purchase or use of the BookItRides service.
Short version: If you choose to opt in on a BookItRides form, you may receive transactional SMS updates related to your reservation (confirmations, updates, driver arrival notices when applicable, and receipts when applicable). Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply.
What messages you may receive
- Reservation confirmations
- Schedule or status updates
- Driver/arrival notifications (when applicable)
- Payment receipts or payment-related notices (when applicable)
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on reservation activity (for example, confirmation + updates).
How you opt in
You opt in by selecting an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on a BookItRides web form that clearly discloses SMS terms. We maintain records of the consent you provided.
How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message.
